Klay was such a pleasure to work with! He sold my home and helped me buy a new home at the same time, and the one I really wanted. Older homes aren't as easy to sell, so it took some time. All his ideas made the house more approachable for buyers, with the least amount of expense. 5/5 for conflict resolution with other agents/parties. He managed to come through with multiple ideas that ultimately were able to keep the sale of our farm on track. Even being faced with other parties that came across inflexible, Klay represented our family with integrity and calmness. 5/5 for quickness of first offer, after listing. No realtor can promise they will sell your house quickly, and Klay made no such promises to us. However, his network in the South Central Kentucky area is vast and we were under contract much more quickly than I ever expected. I would highly recommend!!!

Klay was our realtor when we bought our new place, he always answered texts and calls. He worked with our lender and the sellers to keep everyone on the same page. It was an awesome experience with no drama. We also used him as our agent to sell our old place. He was also awesome and our house was only on the market for two weeks.

Klay recently sold us a house! He was excellent! He was super easy to work with and has lots of connections to all things home related/ repairs. He's a great listener and really tries to understand exactly what you want/ need in a house. We would use Klay again and recommend him!!

Klay should be your go to guy! Even while I was living 3 hours away from the house I was selling, Klay kept me informed on a regular basis every step of the way. I think he has the patience of a saint considering he had myself and the buyers calling him upset at the lender dragging their feet.
